We’re looking for a consultant who wants to be at the centre of that.

【What You’ll Do】

• Own searches end to end. Run the full 360 cycle, from sourcing and candidate engagement through interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Hire the people building AI. Focus on high-impact roles across AI research, ML engineering, AI infrastructure, applied AI, and AI product.
• Work with global talent and clients. Engage top researchers, engineers, and leaders worldwide, and partner with international AI companies hiring across Singapore, the US, and other markets.
• Map the talent landscape. Build market maps that show who the top talent is, where they sit, and what it takes to move them.
• Be a trusted advisor. Partner with founders, hiring managers, and senior candidates on strategic hires, and advise both sides on market, compensation, and fit.
• Know the industry inside out. Track AI funding, product launches, and talent moves to sharpen every search.

【Who We’re Looking For】

• Experience in recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition, especially in tech or AI hiring.
• No recruitment experience? We’d still love to hear from you. If you come from the AI or tech industry (engineering, product, research, or operations) and want to move into talent advisory, we’ll train you. Your industry knowledge is a real advantage.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and technology.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage senior candidates and clients.
• Commercially minded, proactive, and focused on results.
• You thrive in a fast-moving, high-standard environment and like owning your outcomes.
