Job Description
We are seeking a Beauty Salon Supervisor to oversee daily salon operations, supervise the beauty team and maintain consistent customer service and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily salon operations, customer appointments and staff assignments.
Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance and service coverage.
Supervise beauticians and ensure services follow salon procedures.
Train and coach staff on customer consultations, service standards, product knowledge and hygiene practices.
Handle customer enquiries, feedback and service complaints.
Monitor skincare product inventory, consumables and replenishment needs.
Maintain operational records and prepare reports on appointments, sales and stock usage.
Ensure equipment is maintained and treatment areas are clean and safe.
Support management in improving service quality and team performance.
Requirements
Relevant experience in beauty salon operations, including team supervision.
Good knowledge of facial skincare services, beauty products and salon hygiene practices.
Able to manage staff schedules and resolve daily operational issues.
Relevant beauty or supervisory qualifications are preferred.

- Responsible for preparing the necessary treatment products and stocks replenishment.
- Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, changing treatment room sheets, and sterilizing all instruments and equipment before each use.
- Able and flexible to work on weekends / public holidays / after office hours.
- Customer oriented with a pleasant personality.
- Has strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and can multitask.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
