About the Role
Our client is looking for dynamic and driven individuals to join the team as Field Sales Executives. This is an on-ground, field-focused role ideal for go-getters who are passionate about sales, customer engagement and business growth. You will be responsible for onboarding new customers or partners (such as driver-partners, vendors or small businesses), driving adoption of our product, and growing our presence in new and existing markets.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is comfortable with extensive fieldwork and visiting multiple locations daily. They possess strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition: Drive customer acquisition through field visits, area mapping and lead generation.
- Onboarding: Onboard driver-partners, vendors or customers as per business need.
- Territory Management: Understand the assigned territory thoroughly and use local insights to improve conversion.
- Reporting: Maintain daily work logs and share performance metrics regularly.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer concerns with empathy and resolve issues swiftly.

Job Requirements
- Experience: Sales experience preferred.
- Transport: Own two-wheeler required.
- Communication: Strong communication skills.
- Tech Comfort: Basic tech proficiency.
