Join us as a Recruitment Partner and get hands-on exposure to the recruitment industry while working alongside our Singapore-based consultants to support clients in finding the right talent.

You’ll be involved in different stages of the recruitment journey, from candidate sourcing and engagement to interview coordination and relationship management. Along the way, you’ll build your communication and stakeholder management skills while gaining valuable experience working with the Singapore market.

Location: Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur

What You'll Do:

• Source and engage potential candidates through job portals, social media, sourcing platforms, and other recruitment channels.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline based on clients’ hiring needs and requirements.
• Work closely with Singapore-based consultants to understand role requirements, candidate profiles, and client expectations.
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ experience, skills, and suitability for the role.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates, consultants, and clients throughout the hiring process.
• Keep candidates updated throughout the recruitment journey and provide timely support to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information and recruitment activities in the ATS.
• Build and nurture strong candidate relationships to support current and future hiring needs.
• Gain exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process while developing your communication, stakeholder management, and recruitment skills.

What We're Looking For:

Any Bachelor's degree

Candidates with prior HR and/or HR internship experience will be an added bonus

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Sales-driven mindset (includes KPI-driven and performance-based rewards)
