Responsibilities
- Basic - $3,000 to $3,700 (negotiable)
- Manage customers enquiries online and via phone call
- Manage and lead packer team in the packing and shipping of customer orders.
- Lead the inventory management, including sorting, organizing, unpacking shipment, arranging stocks, counting stock and restocking. Kindly note that packers are required to assist in packing of goods that weight up to 10kg
- Contribute to the optimization of logistical processes.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline inventory management practices.
- Other duties if required by management
