Responsibilities
Responsibilities are:
Handle incoming quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery orders accurately and on time.
Monitor order progress and coordinate with warehouse, logistics, procurement, or production teams to ensure timely deliver.
Prepare and manage sales contracts, billing follow-ups, and coordinate with finance for collections.
Build sales proposals, pitch decks, presentations, quotations, and client-facing collateral.
Keep customer records, sales pipelines, transaction histories, and operational dashboards up to date.
Assist with team calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and internal workflow planning.
Serve as a point of contact for customer questions, order status updates, and feedback.
Address delivery delays, billing discrepancies, or product complaints in coordination with internal teams.
Facilitate smooth communication between sales representatives, finance, logistics, and management.
Compile daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational performance reports for management.
Track sales metrics, target achievements, and inventory levels to spot performance gaps or stock shortages.
Assist leadership with data-backed insights for sales forecasting and strategy refinement.
Identify bottlenecks in sales administration or order fulfillment and recommend efficiency upgrades.
Follow company policies, quality standards, and industry guidelines.
Available to work on call ,shifts, afterhours, over weekends & on holidays.
