Roles & Responsibilities

Core Duties and Responsibilities

·                    Sales and Performance Management: Set sales targets, track team performance metrics, and implement strategies to boost revenue.

·                    Staff Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and motivate sales associates to deliver exceptional service.

·                    Operations and Inventory: Monitor stock levels, manage orders, and ensure the sales floor is fully stocked.

·                    Customer Service: Handle escalated customer complaints, inquiries, and feedback to maintain brand loyalty.

·                    Merchandising and Maintenance: Maintain store cleanliness, visual displays, and safety compliance.

·                    Team Supervision: Schedule shift rosters, assign daily tasks to cashiers and store assistants, and guide new hires on store procedures.

Job Requirement:

• At least 5 years of sales or business development experience in the stainless Steel industry.
• Strong leadership capabilities with proven team management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, client-centric approach.
• Passion for customers’ wellness and delivering exceptional service.
