Job Description
Responsibilities
- Job delegation on day to day operations based on the attendance and volume or respective customers.
- Responsible to liaise with customer service department to arrange all inbound/outbound activities within deadline.
- Conduct daily spot checks on documentation, warehouse operation process, warehouse surrounding.
- Perform operational training to team members.
- Maintained records for all operational documents.
- Managed team attendance records and verified vendor invoices.
- Managed purchase requisition and system updates.
- Overtime management for team members.
- With 2 – 3 years’ experience as a warehouse supervisor under any global Logistic Service Provider.
- Required to have forklift license (a must) and able to drive reach truck.
- Able to speak, read and write English for drafting operational reports.
- Basic PC skills and experience to handle warehouse management systems.
- Experienced to handle staff members of 10 headcounts.
- 5 days work week and required to perform overtime as requested.
- Warehouse located at Jurong West.
