Internship Period: January 2027 – June 2027 (6 months, full-time).

Allowance: SGD 1,000 per month.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid, based at 80 Robinson Road, Singapore.

The Role

As a key part of the founding team, you will collaborate directly with our portfolio companies to drive growth and impact.

Operations & Cross-Border Coordination

• Coordinate portfolio companies’ operational processes across countries to ensure consistent, quality service.
• Identify ways to streamline operations and manage resources more efficiently.

Business Development

• Identify opportunities to expand the client base regionally and in other markets where the business operates.
• Support strategies to capture new markets and grow revenue across geographies.
• Track progress on partnerships and revenue milestones through reporting and documentation.

Client Relationship Management

• Help maintain strong relationships with existing clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify partnership opportunities that enhance service offerings and add value for clients.

Financial Management

• Monitor budgets and track costs to support efficient cost management and profitability.
• Analyse financial data and prepare reports to support data-driven decisions.

Reporting & Accountability

• Report regularly on performance metrics, key initiatives and milestones.
• Ensure documentation aligns with local regulations and supports ethical, sustainable business practices.

What You Should Bring

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics or a related field.
• Relevant internship experience in operations, project management or strategy.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in business proposals, market analysis and navigating databases.
• Keen to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
