Responsibilities
Storage & Semiconductor Solutions - builds
enterprise customers + SI + distributor/reseller channels
Position focus:
Enterprise account acquisition, channel development and strategic account growth.
Key Responsibilities
Drive B2B and enterprise sales for the company's SSD, memory, storage and related semiconductor/IT solutions.
Identify and develop new enterprise customers, system integrators, distributors, resellers and strategic channel partners.
Establish relationships with key stakeholders, including procurement, IT, engineering, product and management decision-makers.
Develop account and channel strategies to expand customer coverage and revenue.
Prospect for new customers and actively convert qualified leads into commercial opportunities.
Understand customer business and technical requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
Manage the complete sales process from prospecting → qualification → presentation → quotation/proposal → negotiation → order → delivery → collection.
Work with channel partners to identify end-user opportunities and jointly develop accounts.
Develop and maintain a structured opportunity pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while considering revenue, margin, inventory and long-term account potential.
Monitor competitor activities, channel movements, market pricing and customer demand.
Coordinate with product, procurement, logistics, finance and HQ teams to support customer requirements and fulfilment.
Support product launches, exhibitions, partner activities and customer events.
Identify opportunities for regional channel development across Southeast Asia.
Grow existing strategic accounts through repeat business, cross-selling and new product introductions.
