Role Description The Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with prospective and existing clients in the pest control and hygiene services market. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client visits, presenting service solutions, preparing proposals and quotations, and following up to close sales. The Sales Executive will collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure accurate service offerings, schedule appointments, and provide clear information about service processes and safety standards. The role also involves maintaining sales records, achieving sales targets, participating in promotional activities, and providing ongoing customer support to sustain long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with experience in B2B or service-based industries.
• Solid communication and presentation abilities, including clear verbal and written communication in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or other languages is an advantage.
• Customer service orientation, with the ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable pest control and hygiene solutions.
• Basic understanding of pest control, hygiene services, or related environmental health fields, or willingness to learn through training.
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Comfort working on-site and visiting customer premises across Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas; valid driving license and access to transport preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Minimum of a diploma or equivalent qualification; prior sales experience in facilities services, environmental services, or similar industries is an added advantage.
