Role Description The AI Engineering Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. The consultant will design, develop, and deploy AI solutions that address clients’ business challenges, working closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical architectures. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting assessments of existing systems, performing data analysis, developing and integrating AI models and software components, and ensuring alignment with broader digital and transformation initiatives. The role involves preparing clear documentation, presenting recommendations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables. The consultant will also contribute to thought leadership, support pre-sales activities, and help build internal capabilities in AI and emerging technologies.

• Candidates should possess Consulting capabilities, including client engagement, problem-solving, and the ability to translate business needs into technical approaches.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, coordinate, and track AI solution delivery across multiple stakeholders and timelines.
• Candidates should possess Software Development skills to implement AI models, build applications or services, and work with relevant programming languages and frameworks.
• Candidates should possess Integration skills to connect AI solutions with existing systems, platforms, and data sources in secure and scalable ways.
• Relevant experience with machine learning, data engineering, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern AI tools and frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse, cross-functional teams across Southeast Asia.
• Prior consulting or client-facing experience in digital or technology transformation is an advantage.
