Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

Possess 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive or motorcycle industry.

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve targets.

Proficiency in various sales techniques and a track record of successful customer engagement and closing deals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, enabling effective interaction with a diverse customer base.

Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to the overall success of the sales department.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company-driven sales targets and expand the customer base for superbikes and motorbikes.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation within the assigned territory.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, effectively communicating the features, benefits, and value proposition of our superbikes and motorbike brands.

Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to provide expert advice and maintain a competitive edge.

Manage the sales pipeline effectively using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting of sales activities and results.

Provide exceptional after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
