Join our growing team and be part of an exciting new project at Pasir Panjang. We have multiple positions available for motivated individuals.
Good knowledge and experience in lease administration, tenancy matters, arrears management, tenant relations and lease negotiations
Degree/Diploma in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration or other relevant qualifications from recognised tertiary establishments
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experiences in tenancy and arrears management for commercial/industrial/office buildings.
