Responsibilities
Job Info:
Basic up to $3,000 + AWS + VB
Mon to Fri ; Office Hours
West area
Freight forwarding industry
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with customers, warehouse teams, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth daily operations
Ensure all operational KPIs and service standards are consistently met
Maintain proper cycle count records prepared by Customer Service Executives/Officers for audit purposes
Investigate and reconcile stock discrepancies in a timely manner
Handle shipment booking and coordinate transportation arrangements
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Compile and calculate monthly KPI reports
Ensure Customer Service Executives/Officers submit KPI reports according to the established schedule
Maintain accurate inventory records between internal systems and customers' WMS
