The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and business performance of the company, ensuring efficient management of daily activities and supporting the company's business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the company's daily operations, business activities and overall performance.
Develop and implement business strategies, operational plans and growth initiatives.
Manage project operations, including planning, resource allocation, budgeting and progress monitoring.
Oversee financial planning, budget control, cost management and business performance.
Lead and coordinate employees across different departments to ensure operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, business partners and other stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to expand the company's market presence.
Ensure compliance with relevant company policies, statutory requirements and industry regulations.
Report business performance and operational matters to the company directors.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management or a related discipline.
Relevant management experience in business operations, preferably in the engineering or electrical industry.
Strong leadership, organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of business operations, financial management and project coordination.
Ability to develop business strategies and manage multiple operational priorities.
