WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Plan and coordinate events from concept to execution
- Manage event timelines, logistics and operational details
- Coordinate with venues, vendors and external partners
- Support event marketing and attendee engagement
- Assist with registrations and guest experience
- Manage on-site event execution
- Contribute creative ideas for future events and experiences
- Review outcomes and identify areas for improvement
- Ambitious with a strong desire to grow
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Confident communicating with different people
- Proactive and comfortable taking initiative
