Founded in 1976, Home Nursing Foundation (HNF) is a leading charity that provides home healthcare services in Singapore, regardless of our patients' ability to pay. Dedicated to all-round support for our patients, HNF delivers comprehensive care programmes to look after patients' emotional well-being and healthcare needs.Our HNF Wellness Day Care & Rehabilitation Centres offer an array of social activities, social support and holistic healthcare services to help our elderly stay independent in their own community.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Working closely with Senior Executive, Finance (Accounts Receivable) in all aspects of Accounts Receivables.
Liaising with all departments for invoicing matters relating to HNF services.
Extracting of revenue reports for the invoicing of HNF services.
Dissemination of the invoices to clients/next of kins ("NOKs").
Responsible for tracking, monitoring, contacting clients/NOKs for collection of outstanding receivables.
In charge of daily reconciliation of collections to outstanding receivables and bank statements, banking matters and data entries of receipts.
Assist Senior Executive, Finance (Accounts Receivable) in timely month-end/year-end closing.
Implement process improvements to enhance greater efficiency of Accounts Receivable processes.
Undertake any other duties by the said reporting officer.
QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma in Accountancy with at least 2 years of financial and cost accounting experience.
Person of integrity, upholds professionalism, exercises prudence, engages in teamwork and possesses a positive attitude.
Computer literacy including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Able to multi-task and has an eye for detail. Meticulous, organized with good interpersonal, customer relationship and communication skills.
