Job Description

Requirements

  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage but not compulsory

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and social media is an advantage

  • Responsible, organised and willing to learn

  • Basic Canva, Microsoft Excel or content-creation skills are an advantage

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

  • Manage products and orders on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop

  • Update product listings, prices and promotions

  • Respond to customer enquiries

  • Assist with e-commerce campaigns and social media content
