Full Time Junior Accounts and Admin Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Soon Tat Engineering WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

• Preferably able to communicate and understand English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

• 1 - 2 years of experience in Admin and/or Accounting is preferred.

• Knowledge of AutoCount and Excel will be an advantage; training will be provided.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask.

• A good team player with a constructive attitude.

• Excellent attendance and reliability with a committed and consistent work attitude.
  

WORKING HOURS:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

• Alternate Saturdays: 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM
  

• Generate Quotations , Delivery Orders and E- Invoice submission

• Maintain neat and up-to-date physical and digital filing systems.

• Handle courier consignment notes and office supply orders.

• Assist with invoices, payment vouchers, receipts and petty cash tracking.

• Update and maintain accurate customer databases.

• Carry out other administrative and accounting tasks assigned by management from time to time.
