Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our e-commerce platforms, supporting marketing activities, creating social media content and driving online sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for TikTok Shop and Shopee, including product listings, pricing, orders, inventory and customer enquiries.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, vouchers and seasonal campaigns.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
• Coordinate and support TikTok Live sessions, including working with live hosts, affiliates and influencers.
• Monitor daily sales and campaign performance and prepare regular sales and marketing reports.
• Analyse sales data and identify opportunities to improve sales performance.
• Stay updated on social media trends, e-commerce trends, market developments and competitors.
• Assist with other sales and marketing activities as required.

Job Scope

E-Commerce Management

• Manage TikTok Shop and Shopee.
• Update products, pricing, stock and promotions.
• Monitor orders and customer service.

Marketing & Promotions

• Plan and execute online promotions and campaigns.
• Manage vouchers, bundles and seasonal promotions.

Content Creation

• Plan and create content for social media.
• Develop content to increase brand awareness and engagement.

TikTok Live & Collaboration

• Coordinate TikTok Live sessions.
• Work closely with hosts, affiliates and influencers.

Analysis & Reporting

• Monitor sales and campaign performance.
• Prepare reports and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, Communications or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing or e-commerce.
• Experience managing TikTok Shop and/or Shopee is an added advantage.
• Familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative, proactive and willing to learn.
• Able to analyse sales performance and prepare basic reports.
• Able to start immediately is an advantage.
