Job Description:

• Assist internal system comply to the Halal, MeSTI, GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000 and relevant food safety system certification requirements.
• Support and oversee completion of daily QC checks in incoming raw materials inspection, production area and packaging area.
• Handling the non-conformance of product or raw materials.
• Conduct periodic Production Food Safety & Hygiene inspection, Internal Warehouse Inspection and Safety Inspection.
• Monitor compliance of preparation SOPs in production area.
• Assist in internal calibration of equipment & chiller/freezer calibration for production area.
• Monitor thorough completion of production food safety & quality records using ECOUNT software or manual documents.
• Manage product label sticker comply with the Halal Certificate and food safety management system certification requirements.
• To perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirement:

• Possess at least Diploma in Food Studies / Food Science / Food Technology and equivalent.
• Computer-literate.
• No experience is welcomed as long as willing to learn.
• Enthusiastic in learning new things.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Able to handle ad-hoc task.
