Job Description
Responsibilities
Coordinate architectural works and resolve technical issues with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
Prepare, update, and maintain architectural drawings and BIM models using Revit.
Convert AutoCAD drawings into 3D models and ensure compliance with BIM standards and Level of Development (LOD) requirements.
Coordinate drawing submissions and monitor drawing schedules to meet project deadlines.
Implement quality management procedures, maintain quality records, analyse results, and recommend improvement measures.
Supervise architectural site works to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and EHS requirements.
Coordinate site inspections and project handover activities to achieve client satisfaction and the required CONQUAS/QM scores.
Perform other project-related duties as assigned by the Project Manager or reporting manager.
