Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Senior Consultant specializing in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to design and implement enterprise planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting solutions.

The ideal candidate will combine strong financial planning knowledge with hands-on SAP Analytics Cloud Planning experience and familiarity with SAP Group Reporting. This role involves working closely with clients to understand business requirements, deliver end-to-end planning solutions, and support finance transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• FP&A Consulting: Advise clients on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and enterprise performance management best practices.
• Solution Design and Implementation: Design and implement end-to-end planning and budgeting solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning.
• Planning Model Development: Build and configure planning models, dimensions, measures, allocations, and planning workflows aligned with financial structures and business requirements.
• Financial Consolidation and Reporting: Support financial consolidation and reporting scenarios using SAP Group Reporting for SAP and non-SAP entities.
• Requirements Gathering: Facilitate workshops with finance teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define planning models and solution specifications.
• Finance Solution Development: Translate Finance and Controlling requirements into effective SAC planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytics solutions.
• System Integration: Support integration between SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP S/4HANA Finance, and other relevant financial data sources.
• Solution Architecture: Contribute to solution architecture and ensure alignment with enterprise analytics and finance transformation strategies.
• Testing and Deployment: Support solution testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and post-implementation activities.
• User Enablement: Provide guidance, documentation, and training to facilitate user adoption and ensure effective use of planning solutions.
• Project Management and Pre-Sales: Contribute to project planning, client presentations, solution demonstrations, and proposal development where required.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, SAP consulting, financial planning systems, or enterprise performance management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning.
• Experience implementing end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning solutions in SAP environments.
• Experience with SAP Group Reporting, including financial consolidation and reporting for SAP and non-SAP entities.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Finance and financial data models.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting processes.
• Experience in client-facing consulting, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in finance transformation, enterprise performance management, or financial analytics projects.
• Knowledge of financial consolidation, intercompany transactions, and group reporting processes.
• Ability to facilitate business workshops and translate finance requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in project management, workstream leadership, or pre-sales consulting.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with international clients and cross-functional teams.

Pay: RM14,000.00 - RM17,000.00 per month
