But the more we learn about F1, the more we understand why it is so fascinating.
What really caught our attention is that performance is never just about the person behind the wheel.
There is an entire team working together...engineers, strategists, mechanics and support teams constantly analysing, adapting and improving.
And that made us think about something we see quite often with fresh graduates.
They have the qualification.
They have the degree.
They have the potential.
But then they see “1–2 years of experience required.” And understandably, they ask “How do we gain experience if we are not given the opportunity to start?”
At Quantum Unlimited, we believe your first job should not only evaluate what you can already do.
