Full job description

Glory HR Solutions is a professional recruitment and HR consulting firm connecting talent with organisations across various industries. We are looking for a motivated and responsible HR Intern to join our team and gain practical experience in recruitment and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with candidate sourcing and screening through job portals and LinkedIn.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.
• Prepare recruitment documents and candidate profiles.
• Assist with onboarding and general HR administration.
• Support daily office administration, data entry, and filing.
• Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 months internship period.
• Minimum CGPA 3.50.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Responsible, organised, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
