Job Description
Responsibilities
Perform daily site surveying and setting-out activities for construction works.
Measure and establish site levels, coordinates, alignments and reference points.
Use Total Station and other surveying instruments to ensure accurate setting-out.
Check subcontractors' setting-out works and coordinate with the QA/QC team.
Verify site measurements against approved construction drawings.
Prepare survey records, setting-out information and as-built measurements.
Liaise with construction and BIM teams to resolve site discrepancies.
Monitor surveying progress and report issues to the construction team.
Maintain accurate survey data and comply with site safety requirements.
