Store Manager – J.CHICKEN (Fast Food Restaurant)

J.CHICKEN is an established fast-food restaurant brand from Indonesia, now expanding into Malaysia!

We are opening our first outlet in SS15, Subang Jaya, with upcoming outlets planned near Sunway University and in Bukit Tinggi, Klang.

We are looking for a responsible, experienced and motivated Store Manager to join our growing team and lead our restaurant operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, supervise, train and motivate restaurant staff to maintain high performance standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Manage inventory control, stocktaking, stock forecasting and ordering of supplies.
• Monitor daily sales, prepare reports and analyse operational performance.
• Handle POS systems, cash management and daily sales transactions.
• Achieve sales targets while maintaining operational efficiency and excellent customer service.
• Prepare staff schedules and coordinate daily manpower requirements.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues professionally.
• Maintain food quality, service standards and overall restaurant performance.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification. Diploma or Degree in Management, Hospitality or related fields is preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience as a Supervisor, Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager in the F&B industry.
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Experience in inventory management, stock control and ordering.
• Familiar with POS systems, sales reporting and restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership, communication and team management skills.
• Able to train, coach and motivate team members.
• Results-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays.
