Responsibilities
- Set and track monthly food waste reduction targets — implement waste-logging systems and review progress weekly.
- Conduct weekly energy audits — ensure chillers, warmers, lights, and air-conditioning are used optimally; propose efficiency measures.
- Drive sustainability initiatives — explore coffee-ground recycling, food donation partnerships (where feasible), and staff awareness campaigns on waste segregation.
- Build customer loyalty through personalised engagement and relationship management.
- Analyse customer behaviour and dining patterns; produce weekly performance summaries.
- Design and test service micro-innovations (e.g., queue management, table-turning techniques) within brand guidelines.
- Extract and analyse shift-level sales data (by product, hour, payment type); identify trends and root causes.
- Produce concise visual performance recaps with evidence-based recommendations.
- Monitor competitor activity and market conditions; prepare quarterly competitive summaries.
- Translate operational data into business proposals (e.g., staffing adjustments, par-level changes).
- Coach staff on intelligent upselling; analyse product mix to optimise revenue.
