Resident Technical Officer (M&E) — Permanent

Location: North-East Region | Experience: Executive | Salary: 5700 - 6300

We are seeking a detail-oriented technician to oversee mechanical and electrical installations at our construction site in the North-East. You will ensure projects are built correctly and safely.

Requirements:

• Monitor mechanical and electrical installations to ensure quality standards

• Inspect equipment and systems to verify they work as intended

• Review technical drawings and provide regular progress updates

• Coordinate with contractors to resolve any construction defects quickly

• Maintain organized records for all site inspections and tests

• Must have prior experience in technical building supervision

• Salary range is between 5700 and 6300 per month

• Permanent position based in the North-East region
