Job Description
Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interview arrangements, salary negotiations, employment contracts, and recruitment agency coordination.
Administer the full employee lifecycle, covering onboarding, orientation, probation monitoring, performance appraisals, confirmation, resignation, termination, retirement, and offboarding.
Manage work pass administration for WP, SP, and DP, including applications, renewals, cancellations, supporting documentation, and regulatory compliance.
Process monthly payroll through Time Software, including overtime calculations, allowances, medical reimbursements, and CPF contributions.
Handle Government-Paid Leave (GPL) claims, National Service (NS) make-up pay claims, and applicable foreign worker levy waiver applications.
Administer Work Injury Compensation (WIC), corporate medical insurance renewals, employee attendance records, MC submissions, and NPL tracking.
Prepare HR correspondence and documentation, including promotion, confirmation, probation extension, warning, and Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) letters.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, personnel files, sponsorship documentation, and related tracking reports.
Coordinate staff training and course bookings, liaise with the Accounts Department on payments, and monitor the issuance of uniforms and safety shoes.
Maintain organisational charts, staff directories, and other internal administrative records.
Coordinate company transport arrangements, related payments, annual D&D activities, and the annual July stocktaking exercise.
Provide administrative support for employee relations matters and ensure proper documentation of sensitive personnel cases.
