Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily F&B operations.
6-days work week, including weekend & PH.
- Supervise and guide service staff.
- Coordinate staff schedules and manpower deployment.
- Ensure smooth and efficient service operations.
- Maintain high customer service standards.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints.
- Assist with cashiering and daily sales reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels and replenishment.
- Train and coach new and existing staff.
- Ensure cleanliness, food hygiene and workplace safety standards.
- Take charge of operations in the Manager’s absence.
- Perform other duties assigned by Management.
