About JustFlex

JustFlex is building a Malaysian renting and subscription platform that makes essential products more accessible through flexible monthly plans.

Starting with motorcycles, we help students, gig riders, working Malaysians, SMEs and other underserved customers access mobility through an affordable and flexible monthly subscription model.

As we grow our motorcycle subscription business, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Growth Marketing Executive who wants to build real marketing experience and play an important role in growing a young and ambitious business.

This role will focus on content, social media, customer acquisition and growth, with opportunities to work directly with the management team.

Your Role

This role is designed around three core areas:

60% Content & Social Media Growth

20% Performance Marketing & Agency Management

20% Offline Marketing & Ground Activation

This is a hands-on growth role. You will not simply be asked to prepare social media posts or follow an existing marketing plan.

You will be involved in developing ideas, creating content, working with our external marketing agency, analysing campaign results, supporting customer acquisition activities and testing new ways to grow JustFlex.

You will work directly with the management team, giving you the opportunity to understand how marketing connects with sales, customers and business growth.

As an early member of JustFlex, you will have the opportunity to bring your ideas directly to decision-makers, test them quickly and see the impact of your work.

You don't need to know everything.

We are looking for someone who is curious, motivated, willing to learn and excited to build something together.

Key Responsibilities

1.Content & Social Media Growth

Content and social media will be the biggest part of your role.

·      Develop and execute content ideas for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and other relevant channels

·      Create and coordinate short-form content around customer questions, pain points, product benefits, customer stories and testimonials

·      Research social media trends and identify opportunities to turn them into relevant JustFlex content

·      Maintain a consistent JustFlex brand identity, tone of voice and visual standard

2. Performance Marketing & Agency Management

Performance marketing will be managed together with our external marketing agency.

Your role is to work closely with the agency, understand campaign performance and help ensure marketing activities are aligned with JustFlex's business objectives.

·      Coordinate with our external marketing agency on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and other paid campaigns

·      Provide the agency with relevant content, promotions, customer insights and campaign requirements

·      Review campaign reports with the agency and identify areas for improvement

·      Work with the agency to test different audiences, creatives, messaging, offers and landing pages

You do not need to be an expert in paid advertising on Day 1. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, ask questions and understand how performance marketing contributes to business growth.

3. Offline Marketing & Ground Activation — 20%

·      Assist in organizing roadshows, booths, community activations and promotional campaigns

·      Assist with marketing materials, promotions and lead collection during offline activities

·      Support partnerships and community initiatives that can generate awareness and customer leads

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone with the right attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn.

You do not need years of marketing experience to apply.

If you are a fresh graduate who has:

·      Created videos or content as a personal project

·      Managed social media for a university club, society or organization

·      Participated in marketing competitions or projects

·      Managed digital advertising as part of an internship or project

·      Or simply have a strong interest in digital marketing and content creation
