Customer Service Executive – Inbound Call Center

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls related to general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and issues concerning the company’s products or services.
• Deliver excellent customer service by providing accurate information and exceeding customer expectations.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English is required will be an added advantage.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the service industry is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates interested in starting a career in a call center are encouraged to apply. Full training will be provided.
• Willing to work rotational shifts and rotational rest days.
• Each shift consists of 9 hours, including a 1-hour lunch break.
• Must be willing to work at Ara Damansara, Selangor.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
