Full Time Warehouse Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,900 in MK Global Auto Resources Selangor - Maukerja

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in logistics, FMCG or 3PL environments.
• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and logistics processes.
• Able to manage and motivate a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends or overtime when required.
• Basic computer skills; experience with WMS/SAP is an advantage.
• Ensure warehouse activities are carried out safely, accurately and efficiently.
• Lead and manage warehouse operators and ensure proper manpower allocation.
• Monitor daily productivity, attendance and work performance.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper stock handling.
• Conduct regular stock checks and support stock-taking activities.
• Ensure all warehouse processes comply with company SOPs and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments, transport teams and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and follow up on inbound and outbound shipments.
• Handle operational issues and escalate any discrepancies or concerns to management.
• Prepare and maintain warehouse-related reports and documentation.
• Train and guide warehouse staff on operational procedures and safety practices.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,900.00 per month
