Full Time Doorman - Lobby Hostess Jobs, in Every Room A Home Federal Territory - Maukerja

We are looking for a friendly, well-groomed and service-oriented Doorman / Lobby Hostess to welcome guests and create a positive first impression upon arrival.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with directions, transportation and general hotel information.
• Coordinate with Bell Service, Front Desk, Concierge and Security.
• Assist with guest flow at the hotel entrance and lobby.
• Welcome VIPs, groups and event guests when required.
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming lobby entrance.
• Respond to guest enquiries professionally and report any issues to the Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Pleasant personality with good communication skills.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Well-groomed, friendly and service-oriented.
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
