Equipment Care: Familiarity with daily backflushing, steam wand sanitation, and espresso machine descaling.

Versatility & Service Support: Willingness to support floor crew during peak service hours.

Hygiene & Safety: Clean work habits, valid Food Handler Certificate, and typhoid vaccination.

Specialty Coffee & Beverage Crafting: Grind, tamp, and extract espresso shots, steam milk to silky microfoam for latte art, and prepare cold brews, teas, and specialty signature drinks according to restaurant standards.

Menu Knowledge & Recommendation: Articulate roast profiles, origin notes, and flavor profiles to guests, suggesting food pairings or recommending customized drink options based on patron preferences.

Bar Station Organization & Speed: Maintain an organized, clean workspace to assemble beverage orders swiftly and balance ticket timing during peak breakfast, lunch, or dinner rushes.

Equipment Maintenance & Calibration: Dial in espresso grinders daily, adjust extraction variables, and perform routine sanitation and descaling of espresso machines, steam wands, and blenders.

Stock & Inventory Control: Track daily usage of coffee beans, dairy and plant-based milks, syrups, and packaging, ensuring proper storage and timely restocking ahead of shifts.
