Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Temporary Finance Assistant to support the Finance Department on a three-month contract basis. The successful candidate will assist in conducting physical stock counts, fixed asset verification exercises, asset tagging, reconciliation, and related administrative tasks to ensure accurate inventory and fixed asset records.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in conducting physical stock take and inventory counts across designated locations.
Verify the existence and condition of fixed assets against the fixed asset register.
Perform asset tagging and update asset identification records where required.
Investigate and report discrepancies identified during stock take and asset verification exercises.
Reconcile physical count results with accounting and inventory records.
Prepare stock take and fixed asset verification reports.
Maintain accurate documentation and filing of supporting records.
Assist with data entry and updating records in the accounting or asset management system.
Coordinate with various departments to arrange access to inventory and fixed assets.
Support the Finance team with other ad hoc administrative and accounting duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma, LCCI, or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applicaitons.
Good attention to detail and accuracy in data recording.
Able to work independently to meet deadlines.
Physically capable of conducting stock counts and asset inspections across multiple locations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Hours: As per company schedule
Reporting to: Finance Manager / Senior Finance Executive
This role is ideal for candidates seeking hands-on experience in inventory control, fixed asset management, and finance operations.
