Requirements

  • Responsible, organised, and detail-oriented

  • Able to enforce dormitory regulations fairly

  • Basic communication skills in Bahasa Cina

  • Prior experience in dormitory or facility management is an advantage

  • Must stay at dormitory

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily management of the company dormitory

  • Maintain cleanliness and order within the dormitory

  • Monitor check-in and check-out of employees

  • Handle dormitory-related issues and report maintenance needs

  • Ensure compliance with dormitory rules and safety regulations

  • Assist in resolving accommodation-related concerns of employees
