We are a luxury fashion boutique building the founder’s personal IP across Xiaohongshu, TikTok and Instagram.
This role works closely alongside the Founder, combining short video content production and ad-hoc administrative support. It is a great opportunity to grow directly with the founder, with high income upside. Your remuneration is based on your capability and output.
Work Location: Our luxury boutique
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday OR Monday to Saturday. When the Founder is in the boutique, you will support video shooting and editing.

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday OR Monday to Saturday. When the Founder is in the boutique, you will support video shooting and editing.
Key Responsibilities
- Track trending content, collect video references and topic ideas from Xiaohongshu, TikTok and IG; align topics with Founder for shooting
- Assist Founder to schedule shooting, prepare scenes and coordinate filming rhythm
- Shoot and edit short videos independently, including subtitles, captions and basic graphic work
- Post videos on social platforms, reply to online enquiries, screen potential clients and maintain customer records
- Provide administrative support to the Founder, including client follow-up and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Learn luxury product knowledge and support in-store client reception when needed
- Love video shooting & editing, have good aesthetic sense, eager to learn. Prior professional experience is not required, positive learning attitude is key.
- Good communication, strong execution and cooperative mindset. Comfortable working closely with the founder.
- Familiar with Xiaohongshu, TikTok, Instagram. Able to use video editing software.
- Meticulous, organised, responsible, good at record keeping and basic admin work.
- Wish to grow long-term together with the founder; reward is tied to your performance and contribution.
