Full Time Service Operation Lead Jobs, Salary up to SGD 5,000 in HRNET ONE PTE LTD Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

Role and Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of technicians and customer service staff, and plan daily workload

• Diagnose, repair and test equipment, and step in hands-on where needed

• Record faults and repair findings to support product quality

• Assess warranty claims in the workshop and on site

• Oversee spare parts sales, purchasing and stock levels, including regular stock checks

• Partner with finance on parts pricing

• Advise customers on product use and troubleshooting

• Support and upskill external service partners and resellers

• Support the sales team at customer events and product demos

• Keep service paperwork accurate, including job orders, quotes and invoices

• Track service performance and improve turnaround times and customer experience

• Make occasional customer site visits within Singapore

Requirements

• Engineering diploma or above, preferably mechanical

• 5+ years in after-sales service or repair, including team leadership

• Background in machinery or other electromechanical equipment

• Strong Excel skills; ERP or SAP experience a plus

• Clear communicator who makes sound decisions

• Valid driving licence
