Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

Possess 3–5 years of proven experience as a Preschool Mandarin Teacher, with a strong understanding of play-based learning methodologies.

Demonstrate excellent Mandarin teaching skills tailored for young learners.

Proficient in developing and implementing engaging, curricula that foster creativity and character development.

Skilled in classroom management techniques to create a positive and stimulating learning environment for preschoolers.

Solid understanding of child development principles and the ability to apply them effectively in a preschool setting.

Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia, in addition to fluent Mandarin, to liaise with parents, colleagues, and children.

Passionate about early childhood education and committed to nurturing young minds in a play-based learning environment.

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for preschool children using play-based learning methodologies to foster creativity and character development.

Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active participation, curiosity, and social-emotional growth among young learners.

Manage classroom dynamics effectively to ensure a safe, orderly, and positive learning environment for all students.

Assess and monitor students’ progress in Mandarin language acquisition and overall development, while providing regular feedback to parents and the education team.

Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute school events, activities, and parent-teacher conferences to promote strong home-school partnerships.

Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs and developmental stages of preschool children, ensuring inclusivity and personalized attention.

Maintain open and effective communication with parents in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin by providing updates on their child’s learning journey and addressing any concerns.
