Minimum 1 year of working experience in the relevant industry.

Experience and knowledge of sea freight, air freight, transportation, and logistics.

Result-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.

Possess own transportation and a valid driving licence.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Able to work closely with operations and customer service teams.

Good sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing customer accounts for sea freight, air freight, and other total logistics solutions.

Identify business opportunities by studying and analysing potential sales.

Handle customer enquiries and provide suitable solutions to meet their requirements.

Resolve customer issues by investigating problems, preparing solutions, and discussing them with the Sales Manager or Management.

Prepare sales reports and coordinate responses to requests from the sales team and customers.

Coordinate order processing with the respective operations departments to ensure timely shipment of customers’ cargo.

Visit customers when required to maintain relationships and support business development.

Work closely with operations and customer service teams to deliver excellent services to clients.

Collaborate with the pricing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
