Secondary school qualification or equivalent (SPM/'O' Level).

Can speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Persuasive and results-oriented with a strong sales drive.

Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.

Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Previous experience in telesales or customer service is advantageous.

Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company services and products.

Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions and information.

Maintain a high volume of calls while ensuring quality interactions.

Update customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
