Full Time Executive, Finance (GL and General Accounting) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,001 in Tenpower Malaysia Selangor - Maukerja

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Preferably 2–5 years of relevant experience in General Ledger, financial reporting, or accounting.

Experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.

Good understanding of accounting principles, month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP or accounting systems.

Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently and meet tight reporting deadlines.

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Mandarin-speaking ability will be an added advantage, especially when liaising with China counterparts.

Maintain accurate general ledger records and ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and classified.

Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and adjustments.

Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies.

Maintain fixed asset records, including depreciation schedules, additions, disposals, and transfers.

Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules.

Record and reconcile intercompany transactions and balances.

Prepare supporting documents and schedules for internal and external audits.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.

Assist with SST, corporate tax, and other relevant statutory reporting matters.

Support improvements in accounting processes, internal controls, and ERP or financial systems.
