Full Time Team Leader Beautican Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Infinity Clinic Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Supervision

• Lead, guide, and motivate beauticians to achieve individual and team KPIs.
• Plan staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower for daily operations.
• Conduct regular team meetings and communicate updates, promotions, and SOP changes.
• Monitor staff performance, discipline, and grooming standards.

2. Treatment & Service

• Perform aesthetic treatments (e.g., facial, laser, peel, etc.) according to clinic standards.
• Ensure clients receive professional consultation and excellent service experience.
• Handle customer feedback or complaints professionally and promptly.
• Uphold strict hygiene, safety, and quality standards in all procedures.

3. Training & Development

• Provide on-the-job training for new beauticians.
• Monitor skill progression and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Support in organizing internal product/treatment training with doctors or team.

4. Sales & Operations

• Drive sales of treatment packages and skincare products.
• Monitor daily sales reports and support the team in achieving monthly targets.
• Assist in stock control, treatment room preparation, and product ordering.
• Ensure the clinic’s cleanliness, tidiness, and readiness at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Certificate in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetic Science, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in aesthetic/beauty clinic.
• At least 2 years of experience in handling laser machines such as Pico Laser, CO2 Laser
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, team player, and results-driven.
• Able to perform aesthetic treatments confidently and professionally
• Strong understanding in aesthetic treatments
• Well-groomed, professional, and good communication skills
• Customer service and sales-oriented
• Able to work weekends and public holidays
• Operation hour 10am - 7pm
• Half day (Monday) Off day (Tuesday)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
