Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and business partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate accounts.
• Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and new business initiatives.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
• Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and business reviews.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and agreements with clients.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve client issues.
• Monitor account performance and prepare regular sales reports.
• Identify potential business risks and implement strategies to improve client retention.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possess own transport and be willing to travel for client meetings when required.
