Job Description
Responsibilities
Role purpose:
Support accurate, timely payroll processing and maintain reliable employee records and HR operational data.
Key responsibilities
Prepare monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions and employee changes.
Check payroll data and investigate discrepancies before submitting for review.
Administer leave, attendance and HR system records.
Maintain employee master data, personnel files and salary-change documentation.
Support statutory payroll submissions and tax-related administration under supervision.
Prepare standard employment letters using approved templates.
Compile monthly headcount, overtime, leave and payroll reports.
Respond to routine payroll and leave enquiries.
Maintain payroll records and supporting evidence for audits.
Other HR duties assigned
Requirements
Bachelor degree in HR, business, accounting or a related discipline.
Good Excel skills, numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.
Willing to work in Tampines
