We’re Hiring: Production Executive (Injection Moulding)

Location: Chemor, Perak (Factory)

We are looking for a hands-on and result-oriented Production Executive to manage and improve our injection moulding production operations for dental cheek retractor products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and achieve daily production output targets.
• Optimize injection moulding machine performance, cycle time and production efficiency.
• Troubleshoot injection moulding process issues and product quality defects.
• Ensure products meet approved quality standards and specifications.
• Identify root causes of production problems and implement corrective actions.
• Reduce production rejection, material wastage and machine downtime.
• Improve production processes, manpower utilization and productivity.
• Supervise and guide production operators to ensure smooth production operations.
• Ensure compliance with production SOPs and work instructions.
• Coordinate and monitor preventive maintenance activities for injection moulding machines.
• Ensure proper care, maintenance and condition monitoring of moulding equipment and related accessories.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Polymer Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in plastic injection moulding.
• Hands-on experience in injection moulding machine setting, process control and troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of moulding defects, quality control and process optimization.
• Able to analyse production problems and implement improvement solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Experience in medical device or dental product manufacturing.
• Knowledge of injection mould design and maintenance.
• Experience in production efficiency improvement and quality troubleshooting.
