Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day Sales Support activities and ensure service standards are met
Allocate workload across team members to ensure smooth order processing
Act as main point of contact for internal stakeholders on order fulfilment matters
Identify process improvement opportunities in order management and system workflow
Ensure accurate maintenance of product codes, pricing structures and documentation
Support management reporting on order status and team performance
